Present: Cllrs Beacham, Harwood, and Webb.
In attendance: Mrs G Foster (Clerk to King’s Somborne Parish Council)

184.1. Cllr Harwood welcomed everyone to the meeting.

186.1. The minutes of the meeting held on 03rd February 2020 had been circulated with the agenda.
186.2. RESOLVED unanimously that the minutes of the meeting held on 03rd February 2020 be accepted as a true record.

189. Consideration of Planning Applications
189.1. After discussion responses to the following applications were Resolved:
189.2. 20/00259/TREES – Birch Cottage The Cross – T1 Silver Birch – Reduce height by 2m and rebalance remaining crown by up to 1m | – NO OBJECTION
189.3. 20/00243/TREES – Samphia Muss Lane – (T1) Ash – Reduce lateral overhang over driveway by upto 2m and re-balance lateral growth over neighbours drive | – NO OBJECTION
189.4. 20/00236/TREES – Strawberry Fields Muss Lane – T1 Cherry – reduce the lateral growth by up to 2.5 metres, thin the remaining crown | – NO OBJECTION
189.5. 20/00214/LBWS – Stafford Lodge Winchester Road – Refurbishment of the existing front door – NO OBJECTION

VE Day 2020 – 8th May – Volunteers to help organise a party please!
Is anyone interested in helping to organise a party or celebration type event to mark the 75th Anniversary of VE Day on 8th May next year? Something the whole village can attend, perhaps at the Recreation Ground?
